At Reale Pure, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

📌 Important:
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened perfumes
  • Used skincare products
  • Items without original packaging

 

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or video proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

 

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via:
    • Bank transfer
    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged product

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
